tl;dr: It's your data.

We don't track you. We don't have access to your data. We don't share any data. The app uses data from Apple's Health app. With your permission, Intevelocity will read workout data you have stored in the Health app. Without that permission we read nothing but the app won't work. From time to time Apple will share crash report information but this data is not tied to any specific user. That's it.
